Skyline Beauty Supply Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skyline Beauty Supply. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

General Return Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except under specific circumstances outlined below.
  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a return or exchange is approved, the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will not be covered by Skyline Beauty Supply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty products.
  • Any items purchased through promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To request a return, email us at helpme@skylinebeautysupply.com within 7 business days from the date your package is delivered. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Additionally, please provide:
    • Photos of the items in question.
    • A photo of the packing slip that was shipped with the product.
  2. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s). 
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Original Packing Slip: The original packing slip included with your order must be included with the return shipment.

Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

Color and Product Expectations

  • Color Representation: Due to variations in screen settings, colors may appear differently on your device than in person. We recommend reviewing product swatches and reviews on other websites to get an accurate representation of colors.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are satisfied with the color and product choice before completing their purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies or product expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report Issues: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, email us at helpme@skylinebeautysupply.com within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
