Skyline Beauty Supply Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Skyline Beauty Supply. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
In-Store Pickup Policy
- Processing Time: All in-store pickup orders require 1-2 business days for processing. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Identification Required: A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or ID Card) is required for order pickup. Cosmetology licenses and school IDs are not accepted.
- Order Verification: You must verify your order in person at the time of pickup and sign for it.
- No Third-Party Pickups: Orders can only be picked up by the person who placed the order, as we require ID verification and a signature at the time of pickup.
- Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 30 days of processing will be canceled, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
- Same-Day Pickup: We do not offer same-day pickup. For immediate product needs, we recommend visiting our retail store for in-person shopping.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. The $75 minimum is calculated after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
- Exclusions: Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-contiguous regions.
Domestic Shipping Only
- U.S. Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: Orders take 3-5 business days to process, with an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. For example, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Friday will typically be processed by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
- Extended Processing Times: Processing times may be longer during sales events or peak periods.
Shipping Options
- USPS Ground Advantage: Most packages are shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.
- If an order is returned due to an insufficient address or because it is undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the order, minus the shipping fees. If the customer requests that the package be reshipped to a corrected address, the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping fees.
- Expedited Processing: WE DO NOT OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
- If you are within the lower 48 states and choose to pay for shipping, it does not expedite the shipping method but prioritizes the processing time, reducing it from 3-5 business days to 1-2 business days. Please note that during promotional sales or holidays, processing times may be extended.
- Shipping Time Estimates: All estimated shipping times provided at checkout are based on the carrier’s expected delivery time from when your package is picked up. These estimates do not account for the time it takes to process your order.
Shipping Issues
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If you receive damaged products, incorrect items, or missing items, please contact us at helpme@skylinebeautysupply.com within 7 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the packing slip, and clear photos of the issues.
- Lost Packages: If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim. Skyline Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If the error was on our part, we will reship the package at no additional cost. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
Freight Forwarding Services
- Mail Forwarding Exclusion: Orders shipped to freight forwarding or drop-shipping services are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or claims for lost packages. Skyline Beauty Supply is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party shipping services.
